Toffee, Caramel & Chocolate

THE COFFEE

Specially created alongside Castleford Tigers players for a big, bold coffee that packs a punch. A mild honey acidity and taste notes of toffee, caramel and nut with a sweet chocolate finish. Crafted with speciality grade arabica coffee and freshly hand roasted in Castleford.

Colombia Acevedo Select

The Colombia Acevedo Select is an Excelso grade Arabica coffee bean from the town of Acevedo, in the Huila department of South-West Colombia. The Huila region is one of the largest production regions in Colombia, with Acevedo being one of its most productive towns.

This Colombia origin coffee is comprised of a regional blend of high-quality arabica coffee from local, family-owned farms, located in the communities of San Isidro, La Palma, Las Brisas, El Recreo, and El Silencio. These producers collaborate with the exporter to improve the farming practices and are matched due to their exceptional quality of coffee processing and care for their farms.

‘Excelso’ is a grading term used for coffee exported from Columbia, not related to the coffee variety or cupping score, but the size of the green arabica bean. These high-grade beans are hand-sorted to remove any defective beans or foreign material before export.

Papua New Guinea AA Arokara

From the Arokara cooperative in the eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee is graded AA and stands out from the rest.

No chemicals or fertilisers are used in the production process of these hand picked, carefully selected beans.  The beans are washed with fresh mountain stream water and sun dried.

This coffee is revered for the interesting acidity and high variety, an incredible cup that has to be tasted.
