Papua New Guinea Arokara
From the Arokara cooperative in the eastern highlands of Papua New Guinea, this coffee is graded AA and stands out from the rest.
No chemicals or fertilisers are used in the production process of these hand picked, carefully selected beans. The beans are washed with fresh mountain stream water and sun dried.
This coffee is revered for the interesting acidity and high variety, an incredible cup that has to be tasted.
Notes of dark chocolate, plum, orange and earthy, wine like acidity.
Kenya AA Grade Samburu
Washed and patio dried, this excellent grade bean exemplifies highly regarded tastes.
Intense Citrus brightness, blackcurrant, spice, nutmeg, intense body with a chocolate, sugar cane aftertaste

Brazil Ipanema Yellow Bourbon
Brazil Origin
Ipanema Yellow Bourbon is exclusively prepared using bourbon coffee beans, balancing acidity and body with floral and citric notes. This coffee features a sweet taste and its fragrance includes notes of fresh walnuts and almonds. Its body becomes pronounced with smooth acidity and has been processed using the pulped natural process.
During the sun-drying process, the honey method provides a thick caramel body, very fine acidity and a hint of Irish cream taste.

Vietnam Lam Dong
An incredible example of Vietnam's arabica bean grown in the higher altitudes in the south of the country. This high grade, excellent coffee is smooth with notes of honey, Brazil nut and cocoa.
